My 8-year-old daughter ate 1 happy meal on Sunday evening and 1 hour after she was sick with vomiting and diarrhea, it lasted from 9 pm to 10 am on Monday morning. I was in the drive thru and I ordered a mcchicken sandwich. My carer (I'm from a children's home) ordered a happy meal with chicken mcnuggets. Later on, I felt very nauseous and threw up around 2am. The next day I've had a very bad stomach.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
