Got a plain hotdog with ketchup and mustard. I always get this item but for some reason made me sick. I’ve never experienced throwing up/diarrhea simultaneously. The hot dog must have been oldor undercooked. Perhaps some cross contamination? Either way pls be aware of the poison you’re selling.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I went to food court. Bought and ate a hot dog at 5pm and was the only food I ate all day. At 10pm that evening I begun to vomit and felt dizzy. I believe that it was the hot dog that made me vomit and sicken.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Dizziness
