I have had major cramps and diarrhea from eating a McChicken from there. This seems to be a trend. We need to sue. Class action lawsuit.
I am feeling better as of now but last night I was doing very badly almost hospitalized  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Cramps

My boyfriend and I got it we both got the McChicken & McDouble every time we eat there this ALWAYS happens it’s gotten worse this year. Idk what y’all are cookin with but this is totally uncalled for !!!! Like I’m legit sick and may have to go to the hospital.
