Yesterday, Shrimp fried rice I ordered the food for delivery. The delivery driver's car broke down and the order didn't come. I called and agreed to pick up a newly cooked order. I think they gave me the original order instead.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

On 10/30/2021 I was there. A couple hours after leaving I became very ill to my stomach. I was in a party of five and we ate there. Everybody had Chicken Strips and I had a Hamburger. I was the only one that got sick. It lasted almost two days with Diarrhea, Nausea and Vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ate seasoned fries with chicken tenders/strips. After a few hours, I experienced minor stomach aches, then the pain because more excruciating. After I got home, I immediately went to the toilet. Next thing you know I was squirting p**p, or a shorter way, experiencing diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

McChicken from there. I had sulfur burps and it caused me to pass gas a lot. I don't know if it was the lettuce or the chicken.
