#5 combo - Nacho BellGrande and a beef taco with a Baja Blast. Got food around midnight and threw up about 4 times, as soon as I woke up today. Stomach cramps, nausea, horrible headache, diarrhea, flatulence, thirst and lethargy. On Saturday night Aug 15th early evening husband n I went to there and purchased two 5 nacho grande boxes. A couple hours after consumption I became nausea and had direahha. Had vomited all night n Sunday morning and still have direahha. Husband never got ill  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
