My husband had the nacho bellgrande on 06/18/16 we noticed a kind of chemical taste I immediately spat it out he however swallowed some now he has diarrhea that happens every 30 mins are so, chills and a 101 degree temperature  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Chills

Me and a Friend ate at this location Sunday evening we went through the drive through.
