On nov30 I ordered a 10 pc chicken nugget with a coke and a sugar cookie. Within the hour I had painful gas, stomach pain, belching, nausea and finally the dreaded hugging the toilet violent vomiting that lasted all night. I ate here on Sunday around 12:30, by 6 that night I had severe abdominal pain that lasted until last night, Not sure, they weren't using lettuce so it must have been from the hamburger or chicken nuggets.
