Double orange chicken, fried rice. Two plates. Had coffee for breakfast, this for lunch. Used included condiments (hot mustard, chili sauce) - the other person eating did not use condiments and did not fall ill. Around an hour after consuming, started feeling flush, dizzy and then sick.… See more
