I eat 3 slices of Pizza and three garlic bites and I needed to go to the bathroom within 15 minutes of eating. I've had semi severe pain and diarrhea and feel like I'm going to throw up. This is the only thing that was consumed that makes sense for the repeated vomiting spaced out days apart, only thing in common, was at cheese pizza and breadsticks both time (8-12 hours before the vomiting ensued) - not sure what happened, but definitely got very very sick after eating there. | Symptoms: Vomiting
