My 14 yr old son woke up rushing to bathroom to vomit about 3 hrs after eating Taco Bell. He ate a few chicken nuggets most of a Mexican pizza and some donut holes he said his head feels heavy dizzy and has a headache and feels warm  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness

My child ate half a slice of pizza and began throwing up and having all the symptoms listed above we got pizza from 2 separate little ceasars sap I'm not sure if it was hammer lane little ceasars or march lane one was DoorDash delivery and one was pickup  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
