About an hour or so after eating Blaze Pizza I began feeling extremely ill. I had chills and felt extremely nauseous and disoriented. Tonight I had 1 bourbon mule drink and 1 small cosmic karma pizza I felt fine all day, finished the pizza and instantly had to go to the restroom and vomited several times. I then returned to my seat, didn't feel great but didn't feel nauseated anymore.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

had a slice of SPINOTTA pizza and the place was filthy — dirty tables that I had to clean myself with my own hand sanitizer, and no restroom. Within an hour, I got severe stomach cramps, nausea, and diarrhea (clear food poisoning). Had to take charcoal tablets. Absolutely unacceptable.
