Ate a slice of pizza last night and felt ill a few hours later. Vomiting and diarrhea continue the next day. Not sure how long it had been rotating in the display case, but it was served without being heated up in the oven.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ordered a beef and pineapple pizza. I had four slices and several hours later I was throwing up and had diarrhea I was the only one to eat that particular pizza. My wife got home late and I told her not to eat it.
