I ate Pizza from Salernos Pizza of Chicago on October 26th onset of symptoms began 12 hours later on october 27th consisting of Vomiting Diarrhea Nausea and severe abdominal pain which lasted for 24 hours. My friendroomate at the same pizza and came down with the same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

This is the first time Ive been sick from their pizza. I had a Veggie Lovers with no pineapple and tomato. I believe I started feeling sick 30min into eating the pizza (at that point I had eaten most of it)My first symptom was the diarrhea the nausea and cramping came an hour or so afterwards.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

Ordered spicy pepperoni pizza online arrived very quickly ( within 15 mins) at around 8 pm. Tasted fine but its 3 am and I have diarrhoea and severe stomach cramps. Only had a cheese sandwich all day so must be this.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
