loss of appetite. 8 p.m.-10:30 p.m. Felt instantly hot, achy, very light headed, very nauseous with gagging and trying to vomit. Extreme fatigue. April 11, 2024, Loss of appetite, churning stomach, achy, fatigued, stuffy head, which has subsided somewhat by 5 p.m. .
