At about four o clock pm I ate two crunchy tacos and a beefy five layer burrito from Taco Bell. About an hour later I began to feel a mild headache which then grew over time to intense nausea, accompanied by vomiting, diahrrea, and these extremely sharp abdomen cramps.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps
