July 4, 2016 I stopped at Iron Mountain Michigan Taco Bell and bought 3 hard shell tacos. Within a few hours, I was feeling sick to my stomach. 24 hours later I have severe diarrhea, the worst abdominal cramps, chills, and muscle aches.
