At Burger King, I ate a Whopper Jr menu at around 3 pm and the cheese onion fries as a side dish. After about 4 hours I became really nauseous and vomited several times, had diarrhea and could not keep water or tea in me. Chills were then added.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills

O'Hare airport, terminal 5 Burger King I had whopper with cheese and "havesies" (fries/onion rings) the fries and rings were cold, I almost took them back but I was so hungry. So it coulda been the side or the burger nope, onset of symptoms within 2 hours, started vomiting after 8  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea
