I had a bbq burger with fries and barbecue wings soon after I eat it was around 2.03 after letting the food to settle down I started to vomit having diarrhoea nausea and fever at 8 am  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Went in around 1:30. Ordered the fried pickles with hot ranch and a order of Dayton wings with a order of fries. This was my first and last meal of the day. Symptoms started around 8:30 and it's 11:32 and I've been throwing up non stop  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I bought 2 large pizzas with pepperoni and bacon and one with pepperoni and salami and some hot wings on a Friday nights both of my kids ate pizza and my husband and I ate pizza and the hot wings the next morning we all woke up with stomach pain diarrhea and nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
