I had a chicken bowl with guacamole, corn, mild salsa, cheese, and lettuce for lunch on Dec 30th. Woke up on the 31st with diarrhea that quickly turned into extreme vomiting and diarrhea that lasted all day long. Sushi I had some sushi as an appetizer (I was the only one in the party to eat it) and a few hours later was so sick I had to pull over on the side of the freeway and stop at a were it was coming out both ends violently.
