A Pan crust pizza,sauce,cheese,fresh mushrooms,pineapple pizza.Ordered by phone for delivery.Ate (2) pieces and become very nauseous and had to vomit.Tried a1/2 slice next day (8-1-18) and got sick again.I still have1/2 of a medium pizza left.
