A Pan crust pizza,sauce,cheese,fresh mushrooms,pineapple pizza.Ordered by phone for delivery.Ate (2) pieces and become very nauseous and had to vomit.Tried a1/2 slice next day (8-1-18) and got sick again.I still have1/2 of a medium pizza left. I had the #10 vegetarian dish potato burrito, spinach enchilada, and Spanish rice. The food had a bitter taste. I thought nothing of it, but I was up 3 hrs later that night violently ill with diarrhea.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée
