Yesterday afternoon, Pretty sure is was a 7-eleven sandwich. I had excruciating stomach and intestine pain on and off for hours after eating. Nothing helped. The photo Isn’t mine, but it is what I ate. I would NOT recommend eating it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Other, Stomach Pain

Me and my mom pepperoni pizza and boneless wings from this location three weeks ago and we had bad food poisoning for two days that was very painful. Have been having nausea and diarrhea that's extremely painful. Usually we never had a problem, until a new worker made it for us  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

. I had purchased a chicken Cesar wrap just after 6 am on Thursday September 21, 2023. The wrap was placed in a refrigerator within 10 minutes. It was consumed at 10 am, and I started feeling nauseous with diarrhea at 3:30 pm  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
