Moderate serving Aldi variety pack hummus over WASA crackers for evening meal. 5 hours later awake, nausea vomitx2 diarrhea x4. I haven't had emesis in >10 years, very rare for me to have any GI upset.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Started eating my Christmas ham on the 23rd December 2021. Diarrhea the next day, thought I ate to much fruit but everyday IV eaten it IV had the Watery runs.. 1 solid poo in 2 weeks. No more ham for me.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
