my fiance got sick after a bacon mcdouble when he'd eaten nothing else all day. We shared fries and I had a different sandwich and wasn't sickened. He had chills then threw up for several hours and couldn't keep anything down.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
