Chicken, Monday evening 27.04.21 I took a macdo takeaway chiken crispi honey mustard and a box of 20 chiken. I got sick at night with big stomach cramp followed by diaree and nausea plus loss of balance and headache  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Headache, Dizziness

I had an apple pie (not very hot) and ice cream (very liquidy) on Thursday 22nd April at about 2pm and was then violently sick in the evening at about 10pm. Also has terrible stomach pains for 4 days afterwards  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain

my daughter and I ate late last night on April 24th and today she threw up everything, she also threw up more than once and went diarrhea. I threw up later in the day I lost a day because I was sick. I still feel sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

The food here is never fresh. My bf ordered a mcdouble with bacon and a large fry about 9pm April 23 2021. By midnight he was so sick he was vomiting. Sunday, April 24 the vomiting continues and we are on our to a hospital for severe dehydration and weakness.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Weakness
