“In the evening of 07/13/2016 I ordered a super Burrito, 3 tacos, nachos, and a coke. After eating two tacos, some nachos, and while munching on the burrito I became severely sick with major abdominal cramps, profuse sweating, weakness, diarrhea, and my scalp felt like it went through a flash... fire. Took two days to get over it, still not at a 100%. I called the store that night to warn them of what happened, the associate took my name, phone #, and transaction I'd # and said a Manager would call me back, no one ever called back. ”
