I ordered Amazon fresh pre packaged salads. Opened it and the lettuce looked off. Dumped the lettuce added my own to the same container and used the toppings that also didn’t look great. Woke up in the middle of the night and keep throwing up. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
