orderd the number six with small fri, ate 2 bites of the sandwhich and it tasted strange, started to eat french fries then stomach started feeling very unpleasant, rushed home only to violenlty throw up while in a full body sweat. now that the vomiting has subsided. stomach ache is st ill there  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered a brisket BBQ meal with curly fries and a Coke the next morning I was throwing up everything I put in my stomach went to the ER got medication and IV the next day I was feeling a lot better  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
