My son and I ate a cinnamon pretzel with dipping glaze on Sunday afternoon and became violently ill around 11pm that night and it’s Tuesday and I’m still in pain. May go ahead to the emergency room.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

My daughter woke up vomiting and diarrhea at 6am the next day after eating the cinnamon sugar mini pretzels from Auntie Anne’s at the Meridian Mall. She was back in the bathroom every 3 hours for the WHOLE day!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
