Heard the reports about this but was unable to link it to being the cause of my constant stomach problems. Stopped eating it for a few weeks, had it again last night and have had diarrhea, green stools, headache and just plain feel like crap. This time it is the obvious cause  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Green Stool

Last night, The Tattooed Chef Plant Based 2 Cheese Pizza I contacted the FDA and left a voice mail. No response as of yet. I contacted the store I bought it from. The manager said "we will have the meat department look at that".  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
