The Cajun Filet Club sandwich with fries and a mountain dew. Symptoms appeared a few hours after eating it, which lead to leaving work early due to vomiting. Over the next 24hrs my symptoms persisted, and I was only able to keep down water/juices/powerade.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

3/19/15, My friend and I got the Cajun chicken biscuit combo, one hour later she got sick with diarrhea. Two hours later I started with all four symptoms, lasted for 12 hrs. Its now the next day and i'm still weak but feeling better.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness
