The Cajun Filet Club sandwich with fries and a mountain dew. Symptoms appeared a few hours after eating it, which lead to leaving work early due to vomiting. Over the next 24hrs my symptoms persisted, and I was only able to keep down water/juices/powerade.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

3/19/15, My friend and I got the Cajun chicken biscuit combo, one hour later she got sick with diarrhea. Two hours later I started with all four symptoms, lasted for 12 hrs. Its now the next day and i'm still weak but feeling better.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness

Stop on the way to work, and got sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. About 6:15 am. Couple hours later started having diarrhea. Lasted all day and later on started vomiting and got a fever. This happen on friday morning 3-4-16. It`s sunday still have diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
