I ordered a long chicken menu+chili cheese nuggets on Thursday, 2.6.22. Heartburn slowly developed in the evening. I vomited over the night. In addition, there was a high fever of 39.7 degrees C. Since Friday 3.6.22 I have had continuous watery diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
