Was at Christ Childrens Hospital with my son due to an illness he had. I went there across from the hospital and got a Bacon Double, Onion Ring and a Dr. Pepper. Approximately 6 hrs later I was struck with uncontrollable diarrhea and vomiting for 4 hours.… See more

After started eating noticed some of mozzarella sticks were yellow inside stead of white. Within two hours of eating started getting stomach cramps and feeling nauseous then couple hours later started diarrhea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

Had this on Sunday, chicken with lettuce and chips. Severe diarrohea Monday Tuesday Wednesday, had to contact hospital and get 4 different medications. Severely dehydrated and lining of the stomach ruined. Blood in toilet and still not getting any better, cant stomach food or water.
