Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
Suspected source: Frozen pepperoni pizza
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: Less than 4 hours
Bloated within 2 hours. Diarrhea followed by multiple vomiting episodes 2 hours after. 4 hours total. Did not eat anything else for dinner

I had diarrhea within hours of eating Macaroni and Cheese. I put the leftovers in the fridge to eat them the following day and I again had an episode of diarrhea.

Other than that, my order came out in a timely manner and the staff was friendly.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
