California Pizza Kitchen Food Poisoning

Food poisoning can occur after eating California Pizza Kitchen at the restaurant or when frozen. The most common symptoms reported for CPK food poisoning are diarrhea and nausea. A recent Norovirus outbreak at a CPK location in Walnut Creek, CA affected 60 diners and test confirmed 3 employees sick with the virus.

Food poisoning from CPK frozen Margherita pizza purchased. Within 6 hours of eating, violent vomiting, dry heaving, headache, abdominal cramping, dizziness. Still recovering 2 days later. I ate here last night around 9pm. Woke up at 6:30am and puked every 20-40 minutes until about noon. Then diarrhea took over. I’ve been in the bathroom every 15 mins pooping straight water.
