7/21/2021 @11:19:34 ordered a double thick burger combo in drive through ate half didn't taste good then 5 min later I start vomiting all of it fries drink everything and I had not eaten anything else all day  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Rodent infestation. The inspector found numerous rodent droppings on surfaces that come into contact with food, including the hamburger oven, as well as on the floors, near the water heater and the exit.
