At 4 pm July 18 ate a bowl of plain Cheerios. At 7pm projectile vomited and had diarrhea, stomach cramps, headache.

7/18/2022, Honey Nut Cheerios I had the same problem about 10 days ago when I ate Cheerios from the same box. I ignored it, but today when the diarrhea started again about 2 hours after eating Cheerios, and I've had no problem since my earlier episode, I concluded that there is a connection.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
