About 45 minutes after eating a bowl of honey nut cheerios I had extreme stomach pains followed by multiple bouts of diarrhea and vomiting. I felt much better after it was out of my system.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps

I ate cheerios and a few hours later, I had diarrhea 3 times. I used to eat them pretty regularly in the past and nothing like this happened to me. I’m also not allergic to anything. Please look into your current formula or factories.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate a big bowl of strawberry banana cheerios, and within a couple hours I was having reflux, burps , diarrhea and felt so bloated. It's lasted over 24 hours now.
