I got my child the crispy chicken nuggets, lemonade with French fries. On 2/4 and has had stomach pains, vomiting, migraines and a low grade fever that spiked tonight. I will be taking her in to the hospital in the morning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Migraine

Every time we’ve eaten here over the past month, my daughter has gotten really bad diarrhea after consuming the chicken nuggets. No idea if there’s an issue with this location specifically, but she’s consumed their chicken nuggets from a different location and no diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
