I felt fine before I ate a chicken sandwich. Within an hour, stomach pain set in, and then I had diarrhea for HOURS. The stomach pain was severe, so sharp that it was doubling me over. I also had fever and chills.

After I ate there. I have the chicken wrap with a large fry and a coke. Also had the sauces. But after I ate it I felt sick. I thought I had to throw up, but it gave me bad diarrhea. I’ve never had it this bad before. Felt like I was dying.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
