I ate chicken nuggets and mac and cheese and and chicken sandwich and an ice cream. Those things cause me to have diarrhea and headaches. Now I'm feeling weak and I'm laying in bed. I guess they better clean the ice cream machine well and make sure kitchen is clean.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Weakness

I purchased cool ranch wraps and a lemonade. The lemonade tasted a bit off, I didn't think anything of it. I'm currently experiencing diarrhea (x2days). Please check drink machines and food especially lettuce for contamination.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

My husband and I both had the spicy chicken sandwich around 6-6:30 and woke up at 4am with severe nausea , diarrhea and throwing up. Sweating&chills. It was awful.
