I ate a chicken sandwich with fries and a lemonade at about 6:30pm on 03/30/2019. By 1:30am, I was experiencing some abdominal discomfort and mild cramps that were enough to keep me from going to sleep. By 5:30, i’m vomiting at having diarrhea at the same. I’m struggling to type this.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Chic Fil a, In the morning, I had a breakfast burrito which is a tortilla wrap, cheese, hash browns, eggs and chicken pieces with salsa at 9:30am. In the evening I had a Cobb salad without bacon and extra cheese at about 5:45p. I was Very ill by 11:30p  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
