Last night Spicy Chicken sandwich or ranch dip Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and fever of 101.5 about 5hrs after eating spicy chicken sandwich combo with fries and lemonade. Could have possibly been the ranch dipping sauce as it had an "off" taste.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Last night we went to Chickfula and ordered a 30 count of nuggets, some fries, and a spicy sandwich. Later that evening my wife and I experienced vomiting, nausea, chills, cramps, and diarrhea.
