Got my usual chicken burrito; went to bed early but was later up the rest of the night with stomach issues and vomiting, still have nausea this morning as well as the chills. Dehydrated, but drinking water makes me more nauseous.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Dehydration

Had the new pollo asada in a burrito. Got the spicy salsa, shredded cheese, guac, black beans, and white rice. One hour after got awful stomach cramps, bloating, and gas. Still having all symptoms ten hours later. Cramps and bloating are so bad I’m unable to sleep.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Bloating, Gas
