It's at this churches, I got lunch there and about an hour later I started to feel off. Thought maybe I was over heating so I chilled in the ac for a bit but it didn't go away. Then when I went home I started to vomit and get chills all over my body. Not a great evening so far. :/  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache

Ate churches chicken connected to the gas station. Currently on my way to the hospital. It was insanely unsanitary in the kitchen and I didn’t realize it till I was leaving and a few of the employees made comments about how gross the fryer was. Worst food poisoning of my life. Ordered a 8 piece chicken, 1 large Mashed potatoes, 1 large fried okra, 3 biscuits & 5 jalapenos around 6pm. I ate around 6:45pm. I woke up out my sleep sick with my stomach hurting at 4:30am. Had to run to the bathroom. Extreme diarrhea & nausea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
