I bought Costco strawberries and cut them up for a snack at home. After about 30-45 minutes I started feeling nauseous and sick. After I was throwing up all the strawberries I had eaten. The next day I am still throwing up and can not hold down any food very well.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

It was the frozen food from cost co. Can believe that I was So sick couldn't even leave my house for 2 days. Husband also got extremely sick. We fed our dog the left overs (before we realized it was the pasta that had made us sick) and she got sick too.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

I think it was frozen food from Costco. I became violently ill about 10 hours after eating with all ten symptoms. I akso ate a barbeques polish sausage about 4 hours before becoming ill but I have previously eaten the sausages without symptoms I ate the Ramen… See more

Had the rice Sunday night, one pack. Started having severe stomach cramps and diherria, bloody stool. Stomach cramps and bloating for four days after.
