ate approximately 5 calamari rings at 9:00pm that were from Costco freezer isle.

Yesterday I purchased and cooked some per-packaged beef stroganoff and it made sick. I ate around 7pm and became violently ill with nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea around 2am.
