I ate 2 pecan swirls and witching 45 minute, I felt a severe stabbing pain in my stomach along with nausea and diarrhea for a few hours. My husband ate a pack of 6 and had severe stomach cramping and diarrhea for about 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Itching, Cramps, Stomach Pain
