I ate three slices from a medium a memphis bbq chicken on 2 Apr 2022 around 3 pm and began to feel that my stomach was upset probably 2 hours after eating. From there throughout 5-11 pm I had vomited with diarrhea four times.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
