Ordered a small tortilla soup last night - ate it all. Felt nauseous all day today — headache and in verge of vomiting. About 24 hours after eating the soup, after parking my car, I vomited 3 times— chunks of the soup— and even the XXX VITAMIN WATER I ordered with the soup.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Right after eating our dinner my husband and I went to Lowes and my husband couldn’t make it home he had to run to the restroom at Lowe’s. I made it home but it was the worst diarrhea I think I’ve ever had. No more of their food for us!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
